The 7-Night Alignment Period Just like starting a new posture routine or receiving a clinical chiropractic adjustment, your cervical spine may experience mild, temporary stiffness as it transitions into proper anatomical alignment. Because of this, Dr. Bassily kindly asks that you sleep on your new ElitePosture pillow for at least 7 consecutive nights to give your body a fair chance to adapt.

Our Eco-Friendly "No-Return" Policy To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and to reduce our carbon footprint, we do not accept physical returns on used pillows. If you qualify for a refund under our 30-night trial, we will issue a full refund straight back to your original payment method—no return shipping required.
We only ask that instead of throwing the pillow away, you pass it along to a family member, friend, or local charity shelter who might benefit from better sleep alignment.
